Hi! My name is Atlas and this is my checkpoint, Atlas Checkpoint, a place where I come to rest and think about life. As such, many of the posts here are written for myself first, even though it might look like I am addressing an audience. Think of the content here as something you overhear on the bus.

Some essential information about me. I live in rural Japan. Moved here in Spring 2022. I speak English, Russian, Japanese, and can understand Moldovan but I would not consider myself fluent in any of them. A separate blog written in Russian existed in the past from 2016 to 2020, where I was basically writing about things happening in my life and talking about video games and anime. It no longer exists as I deleted almost the whole thing myself to make some important steps forward in my life. Fortunately, parts of it were saved, and I plan to translate them into English. Sooner or later they will be available on the Blog page.

I have a YouTube channel named Vackarash where I post accordion covers of anime and video game music.
